WL400 and solution APcenter 3.0

I have a WL400 from compaq and need to change som internal parameters as I
read some bug fixing around performance and speed.

WL400 and NoWireNeeeded Perrot 1100 are the same hardware and
I was told that APCenter3.0 could be a help and that a fix is available on
HP.( solution cutomer care N° 4203 )
I have no news at the moment about the fix , but is there somebody who knows
whare i can find
APCenter in order to see if I can manage the paraméters diretly with that
software pieces
