wl-8310 in master mode and problem with association

I have WL-8310 probe run this card in master mode.
almost working but I big problem with association.
Sometime connect sometime not, but when connet all is ok.
This problem is on the more than one PC.
I am tested this identical problem on two client machine.

Sometimes NIC connect to AP and more all is good but often I can't
connect with my AP.
Tired tired connect but can't.
Do you hear about this problem ?
When you fixed it ?
All tested on PLANET WL-8310 card.
