Wizard does not ask questions

My setup wizard that came with the MN-700 does not ask me
what I want to set up, nor does it ask what base station
I'm setting up. Is this a defective CD, it did install
the software, I see it in program files, but find no .exe
files that would help me finish the installation before
in hook up the MN-700.

Any ideas? Thanks.
