Hello all. Here is my situation.

On the second floor I have a WRT54G router. Connected to it i have the
internet and 3 computers. Now what i want to do, is have another WRT54G
router in the basement, where I will have my ps2 and xbox connected to
it. Now i cant physically run a wire connecting the 2, so I need the 2
routers to connect to each other wirelessly. But im not sure the best
way of doing this... can i get the WRT54G in the basement to act as a
switch or does it have to be its own network, and do i need a AP just
for the 2 routers to talk? TIA for any help!!

The best bet may be to connect the two with powerline networking, and
configure the 2nd one as an access point.
