Wireless WEP Key

OK, I admit it, I'm lazy!

I'm looking for a script (command file, program, vb script, etc) that will
allow me to change the WEP key on a Windows XP box programmatically.

Does anyone know if such an animal exists? Where?

Is this even possible?
