I recently installed my ma101 netgear wireless usb
reciever to my windows xp laptop. WEhen I was setting up
the hardware, a popup message said that installing this
device could cause problems in the future and suggested
contacting the manufacturer. I clicked install anyway, is
this really a possible threat to my system? If so, what
could i do to uninstall since there is no actual "software
to uninstall.

Windows XP questions need to be asked in a Windows XP newsgroup. Here we
support Windows 98 networking issues.
