wireless traffic monitor

Is there a way of checking the traffic on my wireless router? There seems
to be some traffic (lights flickering) even when no one at home is on the
internet. I just want to check that nobody has gained access....

1. Your router may have a logging facility.
2. Your router may support SNMP logging.
3. Set a strong WPA-PSK passphrase to keep intruders out.

You can check other users on your network using different software
(search on google)
One i use is Trend Micro PC-cillin which is very user friendly.
