Anyone know of a tool for troubleshooting wireless speed problems?

I have a Netgear MR814v2 and MA401. Worked fine when I got them, now
wireless is very slow. Tried changing all the settings. I get 1.0-1.5 Mbps
on the CNET speed test (http://webservices.cnet.com/Bandwidth/) from the
hard wired side of the router, the wireless connection was up there too to
begin with, but now the wireless only gets 50-200Kbps. MA401 has good speed
at work so it must be the router.

I would like to find some kind of tool for digging deeper into what the
problems is. Anyone have any links?

c.

In my experience, it's either moisture in connectors (probably not what
you are experiencing) or a bandwidth hog taking everything for themselves.
