Wireless services

I need help with how to delete this service from my wireless computer. I was
at the airport and pay to get a connection for a couple of hours while
waiting for the plane now that I am home the service still pops up when I
turn my computer on I tried to delete it and thought I did but it still pops
up. how can or can I delete this. Anyone's help will be appreciated.

Click the little wireless icon on the taskbar.
Click view wireless networks
One the dark blue under related tasks click change order of preferred
networks.
Highlight the network name and click remove.
