Is it only affecting e-mail? Can you still browse the internet when
using encryption?
If it's only affecting your e-mail it would be rather odd. If it's
affecting you internet in general you might want to check that the
encryption settings on your router matches that of your PC. Some NIC's
do not support 128-bit encryption and that might be your problem.
