Wireless router setting

After I changed the router settings for my Laptop to be wireless, now
the office computer wireless is not working( it was wireless before I
altered the settings). Can anyone please explain to me how to
synchronize these settings.

We need a LOT more information: OS, computer, wireless brand, driver,
software, etc.
