wireless router block

I need someone's help with installing a firewall for my router. I live in an
apartment building, and my neighbors are accessing my router to get on the
web. It really slows me down, and they dont pay for the access..I do. Can
someone help me????

You don't need a firewall, what you want is to enable security. See if these
