I want a decent wireless router that has a strong and solid transmission db
and a strong and solid receive db too. (i want both to be senstive).

I live out in the country (well almost) but there many houses around us at
all! so interference shouldnt be a problem. All i want to do is connect an
external aerial to the wireless router to beam my adsl signal around 200
meters, but i think my us robotics 9106 is on its way out.

Any ideas?

Stuart

Others will chime in but if you're looking for 200m all around, you'll be
out of luck. But from information on the web it seems that 200m
point-to-point should be easy using a couple of good directional antenna and
almost any equipment.

Even cantenna's or pringle antenna will do that, but then they're not
licenced and there is the outside chance that you'll get into trouble.
