Wireless Provisioning Services ! Someone working with it now ?

Hi !
Using AD, IAS, AP's, MS-CHAPv2, WPA and it works fine.
I want to get i touch with someone who is working with WPS.
I want to inplement WPS as a guest net with payment. I have set up IIS with
*.xml files, but I dont know were to set the TLV-URL. Do I have to make my
own *.DLL file that take control over the EAP comunication on the IAS ?
Looking true all the rules on IAS an I cant find the setting that i sent to
the client "https://provisioningserver/master.xml"
