Wireless Problem with Windows Live One/Defender

After downloading/installing Windows Live One and Defender on my desktop I
proceeded to my laptop. Windows Live One downloaded and installed ok but
when I attempt to download Defender or go to Help in Live One I get a message
I must be connected to the internet. I have confirmed I have my internet
connection and it is working properly but I get the same message each time I
attempt to download or go to help. It is a wireless connection and I don't
know if that is the problem. It didn't affect the initial install of Windows
Live One. Any suggestions?
