wireless point to point (multi point)

I'm looking for a wireless router which I can use for point to point setups
where more than one point to point is part of it. This may be a mesh network
but I don't need all the points to directly talk to each other. But the
issue is that apparently all devices that are access points won't talk to
any other access point. So maybe I need a bridge? Or maybe someone makes
a unit that can talk to another instance of itself.

Something that can be reloaded with a customer OpenWRT image is a plus, but
it needs to accomplish this immediate goal without that.

The topology will look like (=== wired , --- wireless)

Internet===router1
\ \------router2===etherswitch/PC1/PC2/PC3/PC4
\ \
\ \------printer(HP6980)
\
\------router3===PC5

Note the lack of wireless path between router2 and router3 means they do
not need to directly communicate with each other. If they can, that is OK.
But if they have to bounce through router1, that is also OK. The printer
needs to be reached through router2. The printer apparently can operate
in either client mode or ad hoc mode.

Any suggested specific manufacturer/model?
