Wireless on Pocket PC

I own a new iPaq H4150 and a routeur wireless USRobotics 8054.

On the main PC I share a directory containing mp3 songs.

On my H4150 I can see the list of these songs via the wireless connection
but it's impossible to play it with the mediaplayer.

By the way, with a wireless laptop it's possible to listen the songs via the
wireless connection.

Why is it impossible with the iPaq ?

What's wrong ?
