Im using an xterasys XN-2411b pccard.
Suppsedly this card uses the Realtek rtl-8180 driver, but when I
installl that driver it dosent find any devices. I can get it to
install using ndiswrapper and the drivers that came with the card, then
when I type iwconfig its listed as wlan0. My problem starts when I type
iwlist wlan0 scan the output says:

wlan0 No scan results

I can see the card blinking so I know it has power but it cant find
an AP. Any help you can give is appreciated.
