wireless for older laptop

My pcmcia is too old for the newer cards out today. Is there a way to
use usb for wireless connection. I running Suse on my gateway 9300.

There are good USB wireless adapters, run about $45 (US). I use Netgear
MA111. It won't work on my old P1-133 laptop, though.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Now its a matter
whether i can find one that works with linux.
