In theory, yes, but I haven't seen this actually happen.

After placing my mobile phone on my desk and watching my PC monitor
jump and flicker like mad when the phone periodically refreshes the
connection to the provider I am wondering if the problem may be two
way and your phone may upset your network...

However I suspect mobile phones put out far more wattage than your
localised home phone.

Most likely any disturbance will be very slight if any and only if the
phone is right next to the computer equipment and at the time of
refresh or during an active call session.

I doubt you'll even notice it...

mainly in USA where cordless phones are in the same frequency band as
802.11b/g networks.

DECT phones in EU are 0.5 GHx lower frequency or so

but any transmitting device has the potential to impact on another,
especially of one or t'other isn't a good design.

It shouldn't cause a problem (or vice-versa) with DECT phones which
operate around 1.9GHz, 802.11x operates around 2.4GHz. I don't know if
there are phones which operate on the 2.4GHz band, but if there are
the wireless network, which changes frequencies many times per second,
should notice the interference on some frequencies and stop using
them.

That's all assuming some separation (foot or three). All electrical
stuff put out some RF crap at short ranges, so don't pile a DECT
base-station, Wi-Fi base-station and a couple of mobile phones on top
of your ancient TV and expect no problems.
