That should work OK.
1) Get a wireless adapter for each of your PCs so you can run a
wireless LAN in ad hoc mode.
2) Connect one PC to a dial-up modem for Internet access.
3) Share that access with the other PCs using Windows' ICS (Internet
Connection Sharing).
