wireless networking for LAN; dial up modem for Internet

Hi,
I have a small business setup that continues to loose the
wireless machines from the lan. It seems to have
something to do with the dial up settings taking
precedence during boot up (Thus the IP addressing is
messed up).

I believe I need to delay the networking initialization
until the wireless connects. I've searched through the
knowledge base but haven't seen anything that really
pertains.

The machines are 98SE
