Wireless Network Wizard is missing

I have three computers--the main one is XP Media Center, and the other two
were XP Home Edition. I had them all wirelessly networked, humming along
just fine when one of the Home Editions crashed and I had to reload XP.

When I go to the Control Panel to find the Wireless Network Wizard which
used to be there, it's not. How do I get that back and get hooked up again?
I've loaded the driver for the Netgear WG111, but it doesn't recognize it.
What am I missing?

Thanks for any help!

Hello Gramasue,

Do you have Service Pack 2 (SP2)? The Wireless Network Setup Wizard is part
of SP2. You can configure the network manually without the wizard.

Ok. I can't get on the internet to get SP2 until I connect to my wireless
network, so how do I do it manually? Thanks for your help, Eric!

Hi Grasmasue,

This should help you. Please see the following Microsoft Knowledge Base

I've run through this, but the problem is, it does NOT recognize the wireless
adapter and there IS no Wireless Wizard to use. How do I get SP2 without
being connected to the internet?

Download SP2 to your Media Center PC, and then transfer the file to the
laptop, either by thumb drive or CD.

Here's the link to the network install package:
