Click the drop-down arrow next to 16 colors and see if you have any
other options. If not, then you need to install the display adaptor
drivers in order to achieve 16bit, 24bit or 32 bit color. If your
display adaptor is an add-in card, you can usually tell from the
chipset which manufacturer and model you have...if it is built on the
motherboard, you need to go to the motherboard maker's website or use
the CD that came with the system for the drivers.
