I am continuing to climb the steep learning curve of wireless network
secuity.

If you had two groups of client workstations, one group that could only use
WEP and the other group could only use WPA. And you wanted to use group
policy to control the wireless settings in the clients.

Would you need to set the clients up in two different OU's with one wireless
group policy for the WEP workstations and one group policy for the WPA
workstations?

Would this cause a problem with IAS? Or could you use the same remote access
policy for both groups??

Last question:

If you choose the option for the key to be provided automatically, how is
this key formed and passed to the client?

Hello,

Yes, you can place several groups of computer into the difference OUs to
apply different GPOs (wireless network policies) on to them. It make use of
the group policy scope to define different encryption type for wireless.
