wireless network only works in some of my User accounts

hello people,

could anyone help with this problem? I've just set up a wireless network in
my house amd whilst I can can get two personal computers to work fine, the
thrid (the shared family one) will not allow access to the internet from all
user accounts. so basically I can access from my user account but not my
sister's or mother's. All i get is a 403 Forbidden message - access denied by
access control list. After a hour or so on the phone with the tech guys from
netgear they seem to think its a internet explorer problem as the all user
accoutns can successfully ping the yahoo.com v but can't access the internet
except for my account. All user accounts have administrator status as well.

I've even downloaded a different browser but it still doenst work, any
suggestions?

no not yet, fraid I havent had the time to try really. but will be contacting
microsoft again sometime soon to try and work through the issue.

i'll post again if i solve it
