Why would it be Windows? If you are managing the wireless adapater with the
Vendors Utility,...which runs in the users context,...it is expected for it
(not Windows) to "hicup" during the logoff as it is shutting down. These
utilities (at least most of them) do nothing when the user is logged off.
It is just like all the other applications that the user may have
running,...they close out when the user logs off, and the order that this
occurs is probably not controlable.
Stop managing the connection with the vendor's utility and use the Windows
Zero Configuration Utility instead. It runs as a System Service and
functions independently from users being logged on.
