Wireless Network on a Dell 6000 - Error Article 871122

I have a new Dell Inspiron 6000 with XP Home (SP2) - I am able to connect to
the internet via a Netgear wireless but when I try to establish a home
network, I get an error that Wireless Setup Wizard might not work and
reference Article 871122. I have disabled Norton and Windows firewalls and
still unable to set up the network. My HP laptop works fine on the home
network so I know its something I'm missing in the Dell.
