Wireless network configuration

I work for a small company that just got its first server and I'm the only IT
employee here and I'm still new to the whole Windows Server 2003 scene.
Anyway here's my problem. We have about 15 computers and we are constantly
adding new computers as well as moving to newer bigger office so it has
become economically infeasible to wire all the computers. Other than the our
new server that has Windows SBS 2003 the rest of our computers are all
wirelessly connected to the router via wireless acess points. Is there any
way to connect to the server via a wireless connection that retains all the
functionality that a normal wired connection to the server would have. Right
now as it stands, when I give I use the network configuration wizard when the
computer is ready to log on it says that the domain is not currently
available. I log onto just the user's computer and I realize that after the
transfer it can't connect wirelessly to anything. Everything I've read thus
far has said to create a VPN which I'm not quite sure how exactly to create
that and even then if it would retain all the functionality I would get by
just having a wired connection to the server.

Thanks in advance,
Mike

Also just an addition to that since I forgot to write it down just in case
its pertinent our internet connection goes Broadband connection -> router ->
switch -> server so the server is not the DHCP server, the router is.

Hi Mike,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to manage your server over
a wireless connection using a client computer. There are a number of
options, and some depend on the server roles that are running on the server.
I think you might just want to use a remote desktop connection to the
server. Go to the system control panel, and on system properties select the
Remote tab. Under remote desktop you want to enable remote connections, and
then select your user account for access. Does this help?
