Hello,
I have a laptop with a wireless network card built-in.
I was able to surf the Internet no problem untill after I installed XP SP3.

Now, I can successfully connect to the wireless router, but I cant surf the
web UNLESS I enter in the website's IP address.

For example. I can only get to google.com by typing in 64.223.169.103.
If I type in the www.google.com into Internet Explorer 8, I get the PAGE
CANNOT BE DISPLAYED.

I've tried to flush the DNS and still no luck.

This has only happened after I installed XP SP3.

Anyone run into similar issues after installed XP SP3?

When you do a ipconfig/all where is it trying to get dns from? You can try to
manually set it and see if that resolves your issue.
