Wireless Media Adapter et al

I currently have a Linksys BEFSR41 Router and a Linksys cable modem
(BEFCMU10, the first generation).
Cable goes to the cable modem, which goes to the router. Have 4 machines
(in the same room) hooked up via cables.

Now I want to add another computer and a printer via wireless connection.
What I wanted to do was this:
Get a wireless router G like

Have the cable modem go into the wireless router. Put the new computer and
printer on the network with
a wireless NIC
(http://www.linksys.com/products/prod...id=36&prid=621) and
a wireless printserver
(http://www.linksys.com/products/prod...d=37&prid=584).

From the wireless router, I will hook up to my existing BEFSR41 Router, and
still keep the machines in my
office wired. This creates two firewalls, which is a bit redundant. The
reason for this is:
1. My current machines don't need to be re-fitted with wireless adapters.
2. Even if somebody gains access to my wireless network, there is still a
2nd firewall between them and my office
machines, which have more sensitive data.

I'd appreciate thoughts on this setup.

Now for the subject of the post:

I've wanted to stream media across my network as well, with a media device
such as

want music, pictures,
and video to stream from my PC (with a DVD player) to any other network
enabled device on the wireless
network.

I've seen a device from creative similar to the linksys device, but none
tout the ability to stream DVD video.

I've looked here

and seen hardware which seems to support streaming video across a wireless
LAN.

Ultimately, I want to be able to record and save programs onto my computer
HD, intsead of a DVR type device. This way data
is located in one central location (on the network) and makes managing and
backing up easier. It also allows me to record from
one TV to the computer and stream it back down to another TV (which I don't
have yet).

I've also done some looking into this device from Pinnicle Systems:

It lets you do what I'm doing, and suggests that it will work on wireless.
But I don't know if 54 Mbps is enough bandwidth to get
DVD quality.

Any and all comments and suggestions welcome. I'm still in the research
phase of all this.
