Wireless logon Domain issue

Hi all

At work we have wireless LAN, 3 Vista Laptops and 3 Xp laptops.
With Vista ones, they seem fine to logon the domain. But the Xp laptops
have a problem with logon to Domain i.e. when they logon the wireless
somehow does not connect to Access point before logon, the users have
to log off and log back on then they are fine.
What should I do to solve this issue?

Any help would be much appreciated.
