i bought the 4-port wireless base station and have
successfully installed it. it's now connected to my
computer via lan cable. but i also bought a wireless pci
lan card, tried installing it (on the same computer), but
it wont seem to detect the wireless network. Is it even
possible to use 2 lan cards in one pc? i was planning to
use the wireless for the internet, and the lan card thats
not wireless for internet sharing to laptops or computers
that dont have wireless.. but i cant seem to get the
wireless connected to the network. both are microsoft
products... HELP!

send me a reply through my email also... thanks!

The wireless card is overkill, Patrick. Take it back and get a refund.
Then just let the wireless base station do its job without complicating the
issue. In your projected setup, you'd need to use Internet Connection
Sharing, and the main computer needs to be on at all times for the others to
have a connection. You can have your main computer wired, and the others
wireless - all accessing the Internet independently of each other.
