Not likely as each country has determined that 802.11g will only operate
on certain channels in that country. In the USA we use 1-11 in other
countries they start with 11 & go up. Japan supports all of the
channels in wireless. Also since the hardware is only sold in the USA &
Canada it is not supported there. One last thing depending on the laws
you may be committing a crime.
This is all assuming you are talking about the Microsoft hardware (such
as the MN-740 XBOX adapter) because that is what this newsgroup is
about. If you were talking about some other vendors hardware I would
suggest posting on a general networking site or the site of the
manufacture you are interested in.
