Wireless Engineers Needed

I am a recruiter for a wireless (SW development company, specializing in
network optimization) in the Reston, Virginia area and am interested in
Engineers with applicable experience in any or all of the following
networks; CDMA/GSM/GPRS/1XRTT/UMTS. Can any of you assist me in finding
these "experts" or provide any insight to where they post their CV's? I
would very much appreciate any input or information you can provide.

We have been profitable since our doors opened 6 years ago, we are totally
self-funded and we are growing. Great benefits and casual work
environment. We are not looking for trainees or engineers with no wireless
