Hi
If the plan is to have Wireless indoor and lay RF coax to the outside? It is
Not a good idea.
2.4GHz signal deteriorate fast using coax (10’ is a practical max.); in
addition Antennae connected directly into the house might be a hazard in
case of bad weather.
Best is to bridge with two addional Access Point (AP) mounted out side (or
near opposing windows), and lay CAT5e to connect the APs to the Network. If
the APs are mounted out side they should be POE (I.e. powered through the
Ethernet), and lightning arrestors.

Jack (MVP-Networking).
