wireless channel

What is the best channel to use? I have a 2.4ghz phone
and a microwave downstairs. The MN-500 is upstairs. I
have 2 wireless laptops and a MN-740 that use the MN-500
wirelessly. There is really only one wall that seperates
the MN-500 from the wireless components. I've tried a
few diff channels, but was wondering which is really the
best to use to have the best signal.

If you've got a 2.4 Ghz phone, you may have troubles simply because it is on
the same frequency as the wireless networking you've got. I would try, if
you can adjust the telephone call, to go as high as you can. The wireless
networking only goes up to 11, and you could work with 1.
