Wireless Card For Dell Desktop

Hey Everyone,
im new to the forums here and wanted some feedback which would be
greatly appreciated.

I just bought a dell dimension e521 desktop and it does not have a
built in wifi card. I'm looking to purchase one and hook up with the
connection of my brother whom lives downstairs in an apartment complex.


What is the best , efficient wireless card I can get?
also, can i purchase a stronger antenna if need be?

im clueless when it comes to wireless so bare with me guys. I
appreciate the info.
