I have 2 pc's networked with a cable. they work fine... sort of. My lodger
has recently installed a netgear broadband wireless router. He runs xp pro
connected by cable. He gave me a wireless card for my xp sp2 home pc, no
problem so far. I can connect to an unsecured network nearby ( I have the
owners permission) without any problems. If I am connected to his and turn on
my 98SE pc. I then have problems on both machines. I cannot surf the net on
either. Any suggestions please. I also tried a belkin wireless card on the
98SE pc. but could not connect to either network.
