wireless as backup link

want to connect three networks with each other via two media one ethernet/fiber optic and other through wireless as backup link.
i will highly appreciate if somebody could let me know how can i connect these three networks so that if my ethernet/ fiber optic connection fails than computer on networks can still communcate via wireless link (i mean if ethernet/fiber optic fails then wireless link should automatically be established

for this purpose
which device i must use for networks connectivity
