Is it correct to say the following:

WEP and WPA are encryption processes while EAP is an authentication process?

WEP and WPA-PSK are security technologies that are used without a
authentication server, while EAP-based technologies are based on an
authentication server such as Radius?

I have not messed with EAP, not quite sure I remember what the acronym
means, (Extensible Authentication Protocol??), but I believe you statement
is correct.
