Wireless AP & Router

Hi
I was holding out on my Wireless AP and Router purchase until the Vigor
2600Gi came out, but this seems to be on hold for the moment [Oct Nov.....].
Grateful for any advice on:
1. Anyone heard when the new Vigor is coming out, other than perhaps Oct
Nov?
2. Anyone got any views on the Robotics Turbo AP and Router? [I know it
needs Robotic clients for best effect and there's no integrated modem].

Unless you are planning to transmit gigabyte files between your computers in
a hurry,
there is no advantage in having 11g.
(11b is more then fast enough even for 1Mb ADSL connection)
