I plug a wireless PCMCIA card into my XP laptop and it comes up fine
and works all around.
Then I plug the same card into my 98se laptop and I get nothing.
The link light flashes. It is not getting an IP address.
I just did a default install on both systems.

Everything looks ok, I have everything installed, all bindings are
there, TCPIP protocols, etc.

What did I miss?????????

thanks
