I'd reccomend separate products, when you switch your broadband to a
different physical medium (WWAN, cable, fiber, whatever) you'll be
unable to reuse the router section of your combo box.

In fact, since you can't configure, diagnose, or repair the DSL modem,
I reccomend you rent it from the telco, as it eliminates finger
pointing if something goes wrong.
