Wireless ADSL router problems

hi all....

I have a prob with my wireless adsl router and I'd like some
assistance.

I use AOL as my ISP and I have configured my wireless adsl modem
router to connect to this automatically. This appears to work
correctly and I can ping website addresses etc happily. If I then
open an IE session, the status bar says website found, loading. The
browser then sits there trying to load the page, and eventually it
gives up.

However, I have a corporate VPN which when I connect, this allows my
machine to display webpages quite happily.

I need to be able to connect to the net properly and fully without the
VPN connection. Does anyone have any ideas as to where the problem
may lie??

Thanks

Simon
