Wireless adapter question

I am unable to setup "Network" in the "Control Panel". Could someone please
help, or might someone have a reference to information on the web?

I am running Win 98 se
I am using a Belkin Range Extender / Access Point, particularly the Access
Point.

Better repost with more detail. Do you mean on-line help
for "Network" fails to provide the info you need. Does
the Network icon appear in Control panel? (If not, use
TweakUI to restore it.) What happens when you try
to instal a network Device?
