Forgive the obvious dumb question, yet I cannot find any
common sense answers to the following;

Is it possible for a PC Card (PCMCIA) adapter Type II on
my PDA capable of handling a Wireless PC Card (Microsoft
MN-520)?

Is there someone out there with Windows CE drivers for
this card?

Logic leads me to think to add a wireless capability to
my Ipaq Pocket PC would be very worthwile.

I'd check with the manufacturer of your PDA for proper wireless hardware.
The Microsoft card isn't one. It is only supported on Microsoft Windows®
98, Windows 98 SE, Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me), Windows 2000*
Professional, Windows XP Professional, or Windows XP Home Edition operating
systems.

Thanks Chris,
I figure Microsoft hardware is weak on scalability. Oh
well the card was free and it works fine with a laptop.
Unfortunately, microsoft ambigously leads everyone to
think one way or another. I have an Ipaq Pocket PC 3670,
and the microsoft mobile web site says very vaguely that
it will work. I believe you, and look at the HP/Compaq
website.

Best Regards,
Sam

If you look at the supported operating systems on the Microsoft products,
there are no CE devices listed. It would be much better to specifically get
a device made for your PDA or PPC.
