Wireless Ad-Hoc File Sharing

I'm trying to set up an ad-hoc wireless network between two laptops--one is
XP home, the other XP pro. I'm not so much interested in sharing an internet
connection (as

teaches me to do), but i'd like to pull some of my old documents directly
from the other laptop.

I followed Ms. Bowman's instructions for both computers, but when i go to
"My Network Places" and try to "View Workgroup Computers" i can't see the
client computer (from the Host) and the client computer doesnt even recognize
the workgroup.

Both have all firewalls disabled, and file sharing is turned on for both.
What am i doing wrong?
