You didn't mention the size of the park. If it is too big and/or the
users are too far from the shop then the costs could be high. The
smaller/closer the better. About 300 feet or so and no antenna on your
part will be needed, more than that or if you have "objects" in the
direct line of sight and you could have problems. You could also need
an antenna if you have a metal skin on the caravan.
I would first get a wireless router that has the ability to connect an
external antenna to it, most do. Then put a wireless card in your
computer and see what happens, if you get a decent signal and can do
what you want to then you are good to go. If you have no signal, or an
inferior one, than start walking towards the shop and watch the signal
strength. The closer you get the stronger the signal should be. If you
can only get a signal inside the shop then an external antenna is
needed for the shop. If you get a good signal outside your caravan
then you need an antenna on the caravan. Go from there for the others
in the caravan.
If you only want paying people to have access, get a router that can
have MAC addresses entered into the setup therby excluding all that
are not entered. Most have this option too. If you use the MAC address
settings no WEP security settings are needed.
