Is this setup possible:

House1 has a T1 router and a linksys wireless AP or router plugged into
it..what I want is to be able to have a device in house2 connect to that
wireless Ap in house1 but be wired to all the computers in house2.

can a linksys wireless Ap connect to another access point or router?

It depends which one. You need to find one marked as acting as
a "wireless bridge". A model well suited for this kind of work is the
Linksys WET11.
